Living with integrity means: Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships. Asking for what you want and need from others. Speaking your truth, even though it might create conflict or tension. Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values. Making choices based on what you believe, and not what others believe.

Women’s issues in the work place is one of my favorite subjects and I find it infinitely interesting. Perhaps that’s because I am a rising woman in the workplace myself. I’ve always wondered if part of the reason of low women presence in the boards room has anything do to with limitations within our own gender. In other words, are we really fighting against men for our presence or are we also fighting with women too?
you have to be tougher. you have to learn the way to beat your path through, to make yourself felt, and make yourself necessary

I don’t know what they are called, the spaces between seconds– but I think of you always in those intervals.
